CHILD HAVEN LIBRARY IN NEPAL

Marion Sewell-Sneyd and Cathy Wilson volunteered with Child Haven in Nepal. As retired teachers, they worked mainly in the old school helping the teachers and students.

With the building of the new school they see a wonderful opportunity to create a library for the students that includes quality English resources as well as material that reflects the Nepali culture. They are hoping that you will share in the excitement about this project by donating to the Child Haven Library Fund. They hope to raise $20,000 this fall and go to Nepal next winter to set up the library and provide in-service to the teachers and students.

You can help by sending a donation to the Child Haven Library Fund c/o Child Haven. All donations will receive a tax receipt and bookplates are available to send a message to the children. Your donation will have a lasting effect on many children.
